Files are used only to perform the conversion you request. Uploads and results are deleted automatically after the configured retention period: normally 24 hours for free use and up to seven days for an active paid plan. Paid users can delete files sooner from their account.

Account and usage data

We retain account email addresses, sign-in security data, billing identifiers and subscription state, conversion counts, tool views, job status, and IP addresses needed for abuse prevention and service administration. Payment details and invoices are handled by Polar.

Advertising and cookies

Public content pages may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense to visitors on every plan. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and browsing information to select, deliver, measure and personalize ads where permitted. Required consent or privacy choices may be presented based on your location. Uploaded file contents are not shared with advertisers or used for advertising.

File access

Job and download links contain unguessable access tokens. Administrators may inspect job metadata and errors to operate the service. File contents are not sold or used for advertising.
