Terms of service

This service is provided for lawful file conversion. You must own the files you upload or have permission to process them.

Fair use and subscriptions

Free-tier quotas, file-size limits, queue priorities and paid-plan fair-use safeguards protect availability. Paid subscriptions renew according to the schedule shown at Polar checkout and can be canceled from the account billing portal. Attempts to bypass safeguards, upload malicious content, probe internal systems, automate unusually high usage, or interfere with other users may be temporarily rate-limited or blocked.

Conversion results

Automated conversions can change layout, metadata, quality, fonts, animation, codecs or CAD geometry. Review every output before relying on it.

Availability

Tools can be paused for maintenance or security. Files expire automatically and should be downloaded promptly.
